How we handle your information.

What we have.

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us directly — when you email us at support@otx-systems.com, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us.
• Information collected automatically — when you visit this site, our analytics tools record standard web data: pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device type, browser, and referral source. We use Google Analytics 4 for this.

What we do with it.

• Respond to your inquiries and quote requests
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
• Track which pages and capabilities draw interest

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.

Third parties.

We use the following services that process visitor data on our behalf:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous web traffic analytics. Google may retain this data per their privacy policy.
• Hostinger — our hosting provider, which processes server logs as needed to run the site.

We may disclose information if required by law (subpoena, court order, valid government request) or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

What’s stored on your device.

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure unique visitors and session duration. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent GA from tracking you on any site.

What you can ask us to do.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request that we correct or delete that information
• Opt out of analytics tracking
• Ask us not to share your information (note: we already don’t share it)

To exercise any of these rights, email support@otx-systems.com. We will respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it.

Email correspondence is retained for as long as our business relationship is active, plus any legal retention period required for contracts or compliance. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months, configurable).

Adult Business Users Intended.

This site is intended for adult business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

Updates to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
