Collection
What we collect.
Two kinds of information:
- What you send us. If you use the quote form or email us, we receive your name, email address, organization (if you give it) and your message. Quote-form requests are emailed to us and saved in our website’s admin so we don’t lose them.
- Basic visit statistics. We count page views, the site that referred you, your country, browser and device type, and which tools you use. This is aggregate data. It is not tied to you personally.
Analytics
Visit counts.
We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you. Because it sets nothing on your device, this site has no cookie banner.
The calculators on the Tools pages run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to us. We only count that a tool was used.
Use
How we use it.
- Reply to your inquiries and quote requests
- See which pages and tools are useful so we can improve them
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as described here.
Sharing
Third parties.
- Plausible Analytics processes the visit statistics described above.
- Hostinger, our hosting provider, processes server logs and email delivery as needed to run the site.
We may disclose information if the law requires it (for example a subpoena or valid government request) or to protect our rights, property or safety.
Cookies
Cookies.
Nothing, for ordinary visitors. This site sets no cookies for you, and it loads its fonts from our own server rather than from Google. (People who log in to manage the site get a login cookie.)
Your rights
Requests.
Depending on where you live, you may be able to:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
Email support@otx-systems.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Retention
How long we keep it.
We keep quote requests and email for as long as we’re working with you, plus any period the law or a contract requires. Visit statistics are aggregate and are kept according to our Plausible settings.
Audience
Adult business users.
This site is intended for adult business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
Policy updates.
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
